The August calendar. Not all times are required for everyone. Look at the calendar to see what times you specifically have practice. The following is a description of some of the meanings.

• The 1st day of band camp from 9-11 AM is just for new members and all freshman. The afternoon is for everyone.
• Full Marching Band – This is all woodwinds, brass, percussion, and color guard. THE WHOLE MARCHING BAND
• Leaders Meeting – This is Drum Majors, Section Leaders, and Squad Leaders
• Uniforming – two dates for uniforming. This is where you will be fitted for your uniform, order shoes, and when you will pay your fee’s for the year.
• Fundraising Blitz – This is on the first Monday evening of camp. This is one of our biggest fundraisers and we sell a discount card around the Roosevelt area. There are individual prizes as well as prizes for the highest selling section.

Every student should have had contact with their squad leader by this time.

Conflicts – If for some reason you have a conflict with a sport or you are out of town on vacation, please email me so we can work through everything. Read through everything and let me know if you have any questions.
